During these sessions, participants recline in a passive posture, simply surrendering to the healing sounds. John Gerard, our dedicated host, offers these sound meditations either as an integral part of weekly meditation practices or as immersive workshops. The duration of these sessions typically spans an hour, although some can extend for multiple hours providing a deeper, richer experience.
