Whether you're looking to offer your group or team a moment of relaxation, introduce meditation to your organisation, or create a more immersive wellbeing experience, we can tailor a session to suit you.
Tailored group meditations
Designed around your group
Meditation can be adapted to suit different people, environments and objectives. Lecarrow works with organisations, healthcare teams, workplaces, private groups and retreat organisers, creating sessions that reflect the needs of each group.
Sessions can focus on sound and relaxation, introduce practical breathing techniques, explore nature and awareness, or combine several approaches. They can be offered as a standalone experience or incorporated into a wider wellbeing programme, workshop, team day or retreat.
Sound meditations
Relax into sound
Sound meditation, or a sound bath, uses the resonance and changing tones of instruments to create an immersive environment for relaxation. Participants simply lie or sit comfortably and listen, allowing the sounds to become a gentle focus for attention.
The sustained tones and vibrations of singing bowls, gongs and an entire suite of other resonant instruments can provide a welcome break from mental activity, allowing the body to relax and the mind to settle. Sound meditation is an accessible way to step away from the demands of the day and simply stop, listen and rest.
JG offers sound meditation as a standalone experience or as part of wider wellbeing, stress management and retreat programmes.
Nature meditations
Reconnect with the world around you
Nature offers a powerful setting for slowing down and paying attention. Our nature meditations use the sights, sounds, textures and rhythms of the natural environment to draw attention away from habitual thought and back into direct experience.
Nature can also evoke awe and perspective. A landscape, birdsong, changing light or an ancient tree can broaden our attention and remind us that we are part of something larger than our immediate concerns. At Lecarrow Farm or venues nationwide, these experiences offer a simple, grounded way to reconnect with ourselves and the natural world.
Breath meditation
Find your way back to the breath
The breath is one of the simplest ways to anchor our attention in the present moment. Breath awareness meditation involves noticing the natural rhythm of breathing, while simple breathing techniques can be used to encourage relaxation and support the nervous system in moving towards a calmer state.
Breath practices are woven throughout our programmes and meditations, providing a practical tool that can be used well beyond the session itself - whenever we need to create a little more space, settle tension or pause before responding.
Meditation retreats
Time to pause, reset and recharge
Sometimes creating genuine space means stepping away from the usual environment altogether. Lecarrow Wellness hosts and facilitates meditation and wellbeing retreats on the farm, across Ireland, bringing together sound, breath, nature, body awareness, gentle movement and periods of quiet.
Retreats can be created for private groups, organisations and healthcare teams, or co-hosted with retreat leaders and partner organisations. Each programme is shaped around the group, the setting and the experience you want participants to take away.
